This Return and Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms under which you may request a return or refund for services purchased from us. By using our services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Digital Services and Subscriptions: All our services, including software setups, tool management, and ongoing tech support using free/open-source or proprietary tools, are digital and non-tangible. Refunds are available only within the 7-day cooling-off period from the date of initial purchase or service activation.
- No Refunds After 7 Days: Once the cooling-off period ends, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction, non-usage, or changes in needs. This is because services are customized and delivered immediately upon purchase.
- Eligible Cases:
- Service not delivered as described (e.g., critical functionality missing).
- Duplicate charges due to technical error.
- Cancellation within 7 days for subscriptions (pro-rated if applicable).
Refunds are not available for:
- Services already fully delivered or consumed.
- Custom configurations or setups completed at your request.
- Changes in your organization's requirements post-purchase.
2. How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team at info@tinybridge.in within 7 days of purchase, providing:
- Order ID or transaction reference.
- Reason for refund request.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., Razorpay receipt).
- We will review your request within 3-5 business days.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7-10 business days. Note: Bank processing times may add 3-5 extra days.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
- A 10% processing fee may be deducted from refunds to cover transaction and administrative costs.
- No refunds for partial usage of services (e.g., if you've accessed tools or support for more than 24 hours).
4. Returns for Physical Items (If Applicable)
We primarily offer digital services. Any rare physical items (e.g., documentation kits) must be returned unused, in original packaging, within 7 days. Shipping costs for returns are borne by you. Refunds exclude original shipping fees.
5. Cancellations
- Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime via your account dashboard or by emailing info@tinybridge.in.
- No refunds for the current billing cycle if cancellation occurs after the 7-day window.
6. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

We may update this Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
